Funeral Tribute Video

• The funeral video is recorded with an HD video camera and tripod which is set up in the back of the room and no flash photography is used.
• Photographs can be taken of those in attendance when permission is given, and is often done after the service is over.
• Photographs of the floral arrangements and other memorabilia present can also be included.
• You can also provide a list of accomplishments, milestones, names of family, etc., which would be part of the text overlay in the video.
• You can also provide the name of a favorite song or two which can accompany the still photo slideshow.
• You can email up to 10 photographs (for the 24 hour video) that you wish to include in the tribute video {JPG or PNG}. These would need to be provided at least 24 hours prior to the funeral in order to expedite the video processing, unless there is no rush to have the video completed within 24 hours. (You also have the option of just having the funeral service posted the same day online to share with others and then have a more comprehensive “Celebration of Life” video completed at a later date.)
• If our video service is desired, please phone or email the specifics regarding Date, Time and Location, to assure that it can be scheduled.
• Once the videography is scheduled, you can then download and fill out the contract form. If that is not possible, the Funeral Home can download and print the form for you; where you can complete it, sign it and leave it with them.
• If you are able to download and print the contract, you can then complete the form and take a picture of this and send via email or it can be discussed in detail with a phone call, but a copy of the signed permission form is still required prior to approval.
• Should any technical issue arise which would prevent completion of the video, the payment will be promptly refunded from PayPal.

“Celebration Of Life” Tribute Video

A more detailed “Celebration Of Life” tribute video can be done at any time and can include many more photos, videos, etc. This service is available from any location in the USA. This can include older photographs that are faded or not very clear; as sometimes these can be edited and restored. It can include more details and text overlay on the video regarding the person’s life and accomplishments, etc. And it can include some favorite songs which will be added to the video. This is a longer time frame to complete, but after all the images are received, it usually takes between 3 to 7 days to finalize and upload, depending on the size of the video desired.

The HD video will be available on YouTube with a private link for viewing and sharing with others. A link for a downloaded copy of the video will also be sent at that time. That link will remain active for 30 days. This allows the user to download and view the video without going online, and it can also be shared with other loved ones. As with the funeral videography, once the job is accepted, payment is required prior to creating the video.
